Pinnacle Port Reservation Fees Each reservation must be made through the Pinnacle Port Business Office. Reservations for the Sunset Room must accompany five condo reservations made through Pinnacle Port Vacation Rentals. There is a non-refundable charge of $100.00 to hold the reservation.
